2007, 2008 and 2009 Model Year Vehicles

The Roadside Assistance benefits are available 24/7 and are separate from the New Vehicle Limited Warranty.  The Roadside benefits begin at the warranty start date and last for 5 years or 60,000 miles whichever occurs first.

2006 and Prior Model Year Vehicles

The Roadside Assistance benefits are available 24/7 and are separate from the New Vehicle Limited Warranty.  The Roadside benefits begin at the warranty start date and last for 3 years or 36,000 miles whichever occurs first.

The car, light and medium duty truck Roadside service benefits include the following:
  • Towing - Ford / Mercury / Lincoln eligible vehicle towed to a Ford / Mercury /Lincoln dealer within thirty-five (35) miles of the disablement location or to the Nearest Qualified Ford/Mercury/Lincoln dealer.   If a member requests to be towed to a Ford / Mercury / Lincoln dealer more than thirty-five (35) miles from the disablement location, the member shall be responsible for any mileage costs in excess of thirty-five (35) miles.
  • Trailers shall be limited up to $200 in coverage, higher on approval if the disabled Eligible Vehicle requires towing service to the Nearest Qualified Dealer.  If the trailer is disabled, but the towing vehicle is operational, the trailer does not qualify for any Roadside services.
  • Fuel Delivery – Independent Service Contractors, if not prohibited by state, local, or municipal law shall deliver up to two (2) gallons of gasoline or 5 gallons of diesel fuel to a disabled vehicle.  Limited to 2 occurrences within a 12-month period.
  • Lock Out Assistance – key replacement is customer responsibility.
  • Battery Jump Start
  • Flat Tire Change – requires customer to have a useable spare tire.
  • Winch out – available within one hundred (100) feet of paved or county maintained road.
