I have purchased many cars and trucks through the years. I will admit some from other dealers, but none have never given me a better price or better service or care.

On another note, Ford cars and trucks last longer and have less repairs than any other cars I have ever owned. My '95 Ford Bronco is still running strong with well over 240,000 miles thanks to your service dept which has been like family to me. The parts dept service is great too.

I became the proud owner of a 2009 Ford Fusion on Tuesday, March 3, 2009.  This is my first experience with Ford and a very memorable one I may add!
Quality, performance and reputation are all important when looking for a vehicle; it is often a stressful and time consuming event.  It is nice to know there is a dealership that makes you feel comfortable and part of their family.
My first contact was with Kimberly Tucker via email.  Although it took me a few months with corresponding back and forth, her patience, understanding and excellent customer service prevailed by helping me schedule an appointment with Lorraine Neuman.

Upon entering the dealership I was welcomed and guided to Lorraine’s area.  Kim was there in a few short minutes to meet and welcome me.
Lorraine was extremely informative about financing!  I had explained my frustrations with another dealership and she was able to calm my fears and assure me that she would be able to help me in my situation. She even come to congratulate me when I picked up my vehicle (along with Kim and several other staff members).

Lorraine and Kim introduced me to Randy Woods.  He was very personable, friendly and almost as excited about selling me my Fusion as I was about purchasing my Fusion. He was able to help me find the best deal possible with the equipment I requested while staying within my payment guidelines. He kept in contact with me throughout the process (knowing I was anxious) and assured me all would be fine. Although I know this was probably in his “job description”, Randy truly went above and beyond any sales person I have ever worked with.  THANK YOU RANDY!
During my visit(s) to Fairlane ford, I also met Paul Marra who welcomed me and told me if I needed any assistance to feel free to contact him.
My overall experience at Fairlane Ford went beyond my expectations.  Each person that I come into contact with during my visit spoke and was friendly and courteous. From what I seen, you have a great group of knowledgeable people working for you.

I have now had my Fusion for 1 week and am extremely happy! This may have been my first Ford but it will not be my last!
