Randy Woods is a very good saleman....not pushing, wants to know what you are looking for and gets
it for you. Great to do business with.
John Thomson was very professional and friendly. He answered all of my questions -- even about othervehciles that we own, not just the one being served. I am so glad that we bought our 1999 Contourfrom Fairlane Ford and now the service department has exceeded my expectations.
Dennis was extremely nice and professional. He remembered me and asked me how my mom wasdoing : )Most importantly, for the first time ever (it seems) my oil change was done in 30 minutes, not over anhour!I guess part of it was my arrival timing, etc. but it was very appreciated and you should try to make itthat efficient all the time.thanks.

I had a very positive experience. Good pricing, quick turnaround, no bad surprises. The time my car
spent in the shop was minimized and it worked out well. I appreciated pre-ordering and pre-painting
the parts and only having to take the car in for the install. I also appreciated the car wash and
vacuum...nice touch!

I have been a Ford Customer for the past 25 years and have never had such prompt and wonderful service. Dennis McCarthy has proven to be the most helpful, competent service personnel I have ever run into to date. Fairlane Ford will be our new home for future work, if any needs to be done. Other service departments do not compare to Fairlane. Thank you

I had a remote start installed and was so satisfied with the price that I had my mother in law and her boyfriend come in and they had remote starts installed in their Escapes as well. Thank you for a job well done.

I know that it may be difficult to believe that my experience was nothing short of excellent in all aspects of the process, but it truly was. Santoria was incredibly knowlegeable, and truly helped me to select options that fit my needs while staying within my price range. She asked questions about what features were "must haves" versus unimportant to me. This was beyond helpful. She was also very attentive; I never once had to remind her of what options I desired. She also made the process very easy; I felt like I didn't have any work to do. She arranged to have my tabs renewed so that I could skip the trip to the Secretary of State, and she always had any necessary paperwork prepared when I arrived. Finally, she spent a significant amount of time helping me to use the SYNC system, and even offered to help me after I had picked up my car. Santoria is an amazing sales rep!! I would recommend Fairlane Ford, but I would recommend Santoria Mack specifically. It was a great experience.

Everytime I have been to Fairlane Ford for my service needs the experience has been very pleasant.
Even though your dealership is further from where I am (I am at Ford Bld # 5 and Village Ford is right
around the corner) I prefer driving to your place than my nearby mainly because you provide
reasonable cost estimate as compared to them. I hope to keep receiving same reasonable price/cost and
